Rodney W. Wren Named President of Hameck Pipeline Company

Eckard Companies is pleased to announce naming Rodney W. Wren as President of Hameck Pipeline Company.
Mr. Wren brings to the Eckard Companies thirty one years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His expertise includes the marketing of geophysical exploration tools, both domestically and internationally, which includes seismic, gravity and magnetotellurics. Rodney has been involved in the acquisition and divestment of $875 million worth of producing properties and facilitated in building a gas gathering and processing company from zero assets to an organization generating $40 million in EBIA in four years. He has assisted companies in midstream acquisitions ranging from $3.0 million to overseeing the commercial side of a $5 billion midstream company acquisition. Rodney brings broad experience as a project leader on crude oil and natural gas pipeline construction and well connections.
In addition, Rodney was a principal of Bishop Pipeline Corporation, a natural gas marketing and gathering company, and increased revenue from $35 million to $202 million in four years. He also assisted in the negotiations to sell 50% of Bishop Pipeline to Metallgesellschaft, headquartered in Frankfurt Germany. Rodney also held the title of President of King Operating Corporation, an oil and gas exploration company based in Dallas, Texas. Rodney’s skill sets include the ability to identify opportunities, develop a strategic plan to exploit these opportunities and the integration of employee skills to build a team environment.
Rodney graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Finance. Rodney is a member of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, Natural Gas & Electric Power Society of North Texas, Natural Gas Society of East Texas, Dallas Crude Oil Association, ADAM Energy Forum and is a Board of Director of the National Energy Services of America Association serving on the Scholarship and Sponsorship Committees.
